How to make a request What happens next Information and copies that may remain Access, correction and complaints

1. How to make a request

The reviewed iOS app provides an account deletion screen in Settings. Use that screen to request account closure. Deleting the app from your device does not close your account or delete information held by the service.

If you cannot access the app, contact OzGen AI LTD’s privacy/support email: [NEEDS EDITING]. Tell us which account is involved and whether you want account closure, erasure of particular information, or a copy of your information. Do not send passwords or unrelated identity documents.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the account is yours. You can make a request without buying anything or creating a new account.

2. What happens next

Account closure stops ordinary account use and begins the removal process. We assess erasure across identities, sessions, notifications, messages, prayers, posts, study data, group information, safety records and provider copies.

We normally respond to a data rights request within one calendar month and explain any permitted extension, delay or refusal. Closing an account does not mean every stored copy is immediately gone.

Current implementation limitation: some erasure steps for direct messages, study data, group information and backups remain incomplete. The app’s recovery wording and the actual recovery route must also be verified. This draft must not be used as proof of complete operational deletion.

3. Information and copies that may remain

Removal must cover personal information inside content, not just replace a username. Other participants may have copied a message or retained a shared snapshot independently. Some content or evidence may be retained where a specific lawful exception applies, for example for a necessary legal claim, but retention needs a purpose and limit.

Backups require a defined expiry and a procedure to reapply requests after restoration. Provider copies require the applicable deletion instruction or retention controls. A final list of retained categories, reasons and periods: [NEEDS EDITING]. Requests must cover relevant Google AI, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Neon, RevenueCat, AdMob and Amplitude records as applicable.

The Privacy Policy records the known code-level timelines and the decisions still needed, including the longer AI history cleanup sequence.

4. Access, correction and complaints

You can also ask for access, correction, restriction, portability where applicable, withdraw consent or object to relevant processing. Explain the request through the privacy contact. An export must protect other people’s information while including the personal information you are entitled to receive.

Raise a privacy complaint through the same contact. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and investigate appropriately. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. See your rights for more detail.
