Before you buy Trials and renewal Stopping renewal or closing an account UK cooling-off rights Refunds and problems Model cancellation notice

1. Before you buy

OzGen AI LTD plans to offer paid HolyHub subscriptions using RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat is not necessarily the merchant or payment processor. The checkout will identify the seller, app store or payment provider and the applicable purchase terms.

Paid features and product IDs: [NEEDS EDITING]. Total price including applicable taxes, currency, billing period, trial eligibility and duration, post-trial price, automatic renewal and any minimum commitment: [NEEDS EDITING].

You must receive this information before paying and a durable confirmation afterwards. The purchase process must make the payment obligation clear. A free waitlist request does not authorise any charge. Do not purchase using someone else’s payment method without authority.

2. Trials and renewal

If a subscription renews automatically, the checkout must tell you when the trial or current paid period ends, the next charge and how to stop renewal. Trial conversion reminders and any other required notices must use the legally required timing. Final reminder method and schedule: [NEEDS EDITING].

Price-change notice, consent where required, and cancellation arrangements: [NEEDS EDITING]. We will not silently increase a price or use these Terms to remove a statutory right.

3. Stopping renewal or closing an account

You can stop renewal through the purchase channel identified at checkout. If purchased through Apple, use Apple’s subscription management settings. For any other channel, the confirmed cancellation route is [NEEDS EDITING].

Effect on access after cancellation, and any trial cancellation cutoff imposed by the actual purchase channel: [NEEDS EDITING]. This is separate from any right to withdraw from a newly made contract.

Uninstalling HolyHub or requesting account deletion does not by itself reliably stop a store-managed renewal. Stop renewal through the purchase channel and contact support if you cannot do so. Support email: [NEEDS EDITING]. The account closure flow must clearly remind you of the purchase channel and handle any billing controlled by us.

4. UK cooling-off rights

A UK distance purchase normally has a statutory 14-day cancellation period, subject to the rules for the particular service or digital content supplied. The checkout must explain the correct classification and any lawful immediate-supply arrangement.

For digital content supplied immediately, loss of the relevant cancellation right needs your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of that loss, plus the required confirmation. For a service that starts during the cancellation period, different rules can apply, including a proportionate charge only where lawfully requested and explained. Merely opening the app is not a blanket waiver.

Purchase classification, request/acknowledgement wording and implemented refund calculation: [NEEDS EDITING]. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed supply remain even where a cooling-off right has lawfully ended.

5. Refunds and problems

If a paid feature is faulty or materially different from its description, you retain applicable Consumer Rights Act remedies. Report the problem with the product, purchase channel and transaction reference, without sending full card details.

The actual payment channel may provide its own refund request route. Store procedures do not remove OzGen AI LTD’s responsibilities where it is legally responsible for supply. Refund contact, support procedure, any additional voluntary refund policy and fulfilment arrangements: [NEEDS EDITING].

Where a statutory refund is due, it will be made within the applicable deadline and normally through the original payment method without an added refund fee. No general “all sales final” statement overrides those rights.

6. Model cancellation notice

If you have a statutory right to withdraw, you may use this wording or another clear statement. Send it to OzGen AI LTD at postal address [NEEDS EDITING] or email [NEEDS EDITING].

“I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following HolyHub service or digital content: [identify purchase]. Ordered on: [date]. Purchase channel and account/transaction reference: [details]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”

Using this model is optional. It does not require a particular reason and does not replace the separate store route for stopping future renewal. For the broader agreement see our Terms of Use.
