By accessing or using the HolyHub mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HolyHub is a mobile-first platform for Christians that provides a community forum, AI-powered faith companion, daily micro-sermons, and direct messaging features. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase; joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or any specific launch date.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
5. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you post on HolyHub. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
7. AI Faith Companion
The AI faith companion feature provides conversational support and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or pastoral care. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Use your own judgment and seek professional guidance when needed.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of HolyHub and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HolyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
